WEST RIM
Relax and spend time in the beautiful surroundings of Eagle and Guano Point. Feel free to hike the trail at Guano Point leading to the highest point where the scenic vantage offers a majestic view of the Colorado River, or just simply relax and enjoy the peacefulness that the Grand Canyon West Rim has to offer.
HELICOPTER (optional)
Experience the spectacular views of the Grand Canyon from a helicopter. You will descend and land 3,500
feet below the rim, where you will enjoy the mystique and grandeur of the Grand Canyon. Don’t forget your camera. Once you reach the landing site you will have approximately 20 minutes to enjoy the breathtaking
scenery viewing the bottom of the canyon and the Colorado River. The entire tour is approximately 45 minutes. (Time spent at the Grand Canyon will be minimized if delays occur from the helicopter tours.)
SKYWALK (optional)
Experience the majestic wonders of the Grand Canyon West while standing on the “glass bridge”, the
Skywalk. The Skywalk is a U-shaped glass bridge that extends 70 feet beyond the rim of the Grand Canyon,
giving visitors a full View of the 3,200 foot drop in to the Colorado River on the Canyon Floor.
Tour includes lunch choices: BBQ lunch at Guano Point or the Cowboy Ranch, or eat at Eagle Point Outdoor Eatery - cold sandwich, chips, fruit and water. Unlimited supply of bottled water on bus.
Recommendations: Comfortable shoes for walking. Limited wheel chair access. Cooler temperatures with higher elevation. No suitcases or oversized backpacks allowed due to security at Hoover Dam.
