What does my bus look like?

Does my bus have a USB port charger?
Yes, our bus has a USB port charger so you don’t have to worry about your devices dying while on the long bus ride.
Where will I be picked up?
Sweetours travel agency will pick you up at almost all major hotels on Las Vegas Boulevard before 7.15 AM, so make sure your hotel location is around the boulevard. You can confirm where you stay by contacting us here.
What time do we leave town?
We leave the town at 7.15 AM each morning, should you prepare yourself before the hour we go.
What all is included on my Grand Canyon tour?
With Sweetours, you will have unlimited bottled water, a light breakfast, and boxed lunch. The lunch is a deli-style sandwich with cookies, chips, and fruit.
Am I allowed to bring my own food and drink?
Yes, of course! You are welcome to bring your own food and beverage.
Will we stop at the restrooms?
Yes, there will be stops along the way for restrooms.
What if I miss my bus?
If you miss your bus for the Grand Canyon tour, please call our office as soon as possible at 702-456-9200. Our customer service will direct you to further instructions.
How many passengers the bus can carry?
Our bus can carry 56 people.
Are there any specific requirements regarding COVID-19 for the Grand Canyon tour?
According to CDC March 2022, masks are no longer required in locations in the Grand Canyon National Park. However, visitors are always welcome to wear a mask if it makes them comfortable.
How long does it take the ride to the Grand Canyon?
The Grand Canyon West Rim is 3 hours from Las Vegas.
When is the best time to visit the Grand Canyon?
Summer is the most popular season, but it has the highest temperatures with the largest crowds. Spring and Fall have the best weather, especially for hiking and the crowds aren’t as heavy as in summer. Winter offers you the most solitary vibes, but the North Rim is closed in winter, and snowfall is common on both the north and South Rim.
How long is my tour?
It will be 11 hours tour. We pick you up and drop you off the same day from Las Vegas. Pick up starts at 6 – 7 AM depending on your hotel and you will get back to the town around 5 – 6 PM.
What is the difference between West Rim Grand Canyon and South Rim Grand Canyon?
The West Rim is the closest rim to Las Vegas, Nevada and it has the warmest year-round. While, the South Rim offers you moderate temperatures in the spring, summer and fall, with snow and rain common in the winter.
What if I lost in Grand Canyon?
If you are lost and do not know how to get back to your bush, please give our office a call immediately and will contact your driver and direct the bus.
I’m planning to take South Rim tour, will we stop at Hoover Dam?
No, we do not stop at Hoover Dam if you’re taking South Rim tour.
In the Grand Canyon West Rim, do you stop at Hoover Dam as well?
Yes, we stop at Hoover Dam for ten up to fifteen minutes on our West Rim tour.

How do I confirm my reservation?

Please have the date of your tour, name on the reservation form, name of the tour you take, and how you book details to our reservationist. Our customer service will give you all the information you need to know.
Can I change my reservation?

How far in advance should I book my tour?
You can make reservations for your Grand Canyon tour a few days before the date you choose. Check out our calendar here
How do I cancel my tour?
Any cancellation please email reservations@sweetours.com or call us at 702-456-9200, we will guide you through the cancellation process.
Do you have any cancellation policy?
You must call us 24 hours before your Grand Canyon tour. If you do not show up and didn’t call before, your payment will not be refunded.
How do I contact my driver?
For any Grand Canyon tour, driver information cannot be provided. If you need to get ahold of your driver, please call our office and we will get in contact with your driver.
Can I have special price for my children?

Does the bus provide a wheelchair accessible coach?
Yes, our Grand Canyon tour bus offers accessible tours with lifts to board the buses.
Lost and Found Information
What should I do if I left an item on a bus?
Missing Items
Please contact us if you believe you have left any missing items on our buses. You can reach us at 702-456-9200 or you can send an email to reservations@sweetours.com. Please provide us with a description of your missing items, the date of your charter or tour, the bus number or a description of the driver or the route of your trip, the location you were sitting or where you believe you left you item, and the best way to contact you. If you are not a local Las Vegas resident, please let us know what day you leave Las Vegas.
How can I retrieve my missing items?
If you would like to pickup your missing item from our office, please call our office or contact us prior to your arrival.
Please be aware that for any missing items to be returned via mail we will charge for the flat rate shipping + a 2% credit card fee. We are not responsible if anything is damaged during delivery.
What is the Sweetours Lost and Found policy?
Our Policy
We are not responsible if any items are lost, stolen, or broken. Items left behind are held for a minimum of 30 days or until the item is reunited with the original owner.
We are not responsible for returning or finding the owners of the missing items, it is the owners sole responsibility to contact Sweetours regarding their lost property.
