Planning a trip can be an exciting experience, but sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel your tour.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we have established the following cancellation policy for our Grand Canyon tours:

  1. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure.
  2. Failure to show up for the tour without prior notification will result in the forfeiture of your payment.

How to Cancel Your Tour:

Cancelling your tour is a simple and straightforward process. Follow these steps to cancel your reservation:

  1. Complete the required information:
    On the cancellation page, you will be prompted to fill out the necessary information. This may include your name, your tour, the date of the scheduled tour, and number of passanger. Ensure that you provide accurate details for smooth processing.
  2. Submit the cancellation request:
    Once you have entered the required information, submit the cancellation request by clicking the designated button. This will initiate the cancellation process.
